Does it cost anything?
No. It's free for homeowners, with no obligation to hire anyone. Describe your project once and we match you with the best local specialists for it: companies that work in your area and specialise in your kind of project.
Are you a contractor?
No. We're an independent matching service. We match your request with up to 3 vetted, insured specialists, they contact you directly with quotes, and you choose the one you like, or none. Your agreement is directly with the company you hire.
How are specialists vetted?
Before joining, each company confirms it is registered to trade in Spain, holds liability insurance and has the qualifications its work requires. We also review its past projects in Mallorca and what clients say about it.
Can I get quotes while I'm not on the island?
Yes. Many of our clients live abroad part of the year. Specialists can arrange a site visit with your property manager or key holder and send quotes by email.
Do specialists speak English or German?
Tell us your preferred language in the request. Where possible, we match you with specialists who speak it.
Who sees my contact details?
Only the specialists we match to your request. We never sell your details. See our privacy policy for more.
